Naples Waterfront Real Estate has some waterway and canal locations that are home to a wide variety of sail boats. Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Old Naples on the bay and Royal Harbor are home to most of the Naples Bay boats. There is also sail boat access from The Moorings and Park Shore. Vanderbilt Beach and The Connors area is restricted by a bridge and shallow water for sail boats. Pleasure boats, cruising yachts to performance racing machines grace the docks along Naples Waterfront Real Estate. The shallow waters of the Naples Bay make if a requirement to stay within the marked channels to navigate to the Gulf of Mexico. Sailing the Gulf of Mexico along the South West Coats to the Florida Keys is some of the best sailing in Florida. The coast line to the 10,000 Islands and down into the Florida keys is spectacular.

There are numerous sailing charter companies in the Naples Bay area and if you are in to sailing competition I would suggest that you sign up for one of the many great SW Florida regattas throughout the year.
